I first met Beatrice when I was Vice President of the Anemia/Nephrology Therapeutic Area at Amgen Inc. and she was the Early Development Leader for a pre-IND molecule being considered for clinical development. She quickly impressed me with her organizational skills, knowledge of early drug development and ability to mobilize a diverse team to achieve program goals on time and within budget.  Shortly thereafter I left Amgen to broaden my experience in earlier stage venture backed biotech companies. Over the last year Beatrice has been assisting us with pharmacokinetic assessments of our novel antibody therapy for fibrosis and played an important role in FDA interactions.  Beatrice¹s impressive work ethic, attention to detail, business acumen and friendly yet professional demeanor are key strengths.

As a venture backed early stage company, Stromedix product development is principally outsourced.  I look forward to utilizing Beatrice for budget negotiations with external vendors, an area where she also has extensive experience and has consistently identified cost efficiencies while ensuring quality outcomes.
